Refund policy

At Trotter (www.trotter.co.in), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective

Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items will not be considered for refund if they are:

  • Used products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note - Only 80% of the total order amount may be credited back to the customer's account in case of returns or exchanges. Rest amount shall be withheld to account for shipping costs incurred by the company for forward and return order. 

  1. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received by the customer was damaged or incorrect in the first place.
